TJPRC: Journal of Signal Processing Systems (TJPRC:JSPS) is a open access, peer reviewed journal and it aims to provide a high profile, leading edge forum for academic researchers, industrial professionals, engineers, consultants, managers, educators and policy makers working in the field to contribute and disseminate innovative new work on Signal Processing Systems. All papers will be blind reviewed and accepted papers will be published biannual, which is available online and in printed versions. TJPRC:JSPS features original research work, tutorial and review articles, and accounts of practical developments. It is intended for a rapid dissemination of knowledge and experience to engineers and scientists working in the research, development or practical application of signal processing.
